Merrymount Beach Rental Agreement
The rental agreement has been posted below for your convenience. Please download the form, fill out and return to the contact person listed. We request that there is at least a 2 week notice for rental requests.

A great feature of Merrymount Association membership is the ability to rent the Beach for family events. But, there are a few things to keep in mind with these rentals, so please take note of the below:

- Most important - you are not renting a rental venue with a rental coordinator, etc. Please adjust expectations accordingly!
- You must be an Association member (dues paid!) to rent the beach.
- Beach rental application can be found below and should be reviewed prior to rental to ensure all rules are understood and followed.
- The calendar above should be used to see if a date is available.
- We limit rentals to one per day, and only one per weekend in July and August.
- The Shack kitchen facility IS NOT included in the rental, only the bathrooms. No exceptions.
- You must provide a certificate of homeowner insurance with personal liability coverage to rent the beach. No exceptions.
- At all times, Association members will still have access to the Beach and playground area. The rental has access to the grassy area and picnic tables, which must be returned to their original locations after use.
- Trash! Renters are responsible for emptying trash barrels into the dumpster after the rental. If the dumpster is full, renters must remove any excess trash. Rental area and bathrooms should be cleaned after the event.
- Rentals are limited to four hours and must conclude by 9PM.
- Parking - If having a large rental, please encourage parking at Merrymount School to avoid clogging the streets with cars.
